Our guest rooms are lovely cool most of the summer, because of the thick stone walls. There is no air-conditioning, but ventilators are available. In winter the nights can be cold in this area of Portugal, but we provide electric heated blankets to keep you warm at night. And there is a wood stove at the central communal living-/breakfast area. Towels, bed linen and soap are provided and free WiFi is available in the living room and outside on the patio. There is NO TV in the rooms or common areas. The B&B offers free private parking on-site.

All prices below are per night, per room, based on 2 persons, including a delicious breakfast for both.

Rooms 1 & 2

Double rooms (each 12.5 sq. ms.) on the first floor with double bed, laminate floor, built in wardrobe with sliding doors, private bathroom, a covered balcony with the morning sun and direct access to the sunny roof terrace with built in BBQ and a lemon tree.

Room 3

Double room (14 sq. ms.) on the ground floor with double bed, tiled floor, free standing wardrobe, private bathroom and direct access to our shady courtyard.

Room 4 (family room)

Our largest ‘family’ room (15.7 sq. ms.) on the ground floor with double bed, tiled floor, free standing wardrobe, private bathroom and direct access to our shady courtyard. It has capacity for 2 adults and 2 children (in a bunk bed). €10 per child per night extra, above the standard price.

Breakfast/living room

This is where the magic happens! Tasty breakfasts served between 8.30 and 10.00, homemade from all the wonderful products nature and our garden have to offer. Outside breakfast hours feel free to use this space for relaxing if the weather is not so great. In wintertime when it is cold outside and you are in we can start up the fireplace to keep you warm.

Although we only provide breakfast and no evening meals we do have a BBQ and an electric stove which you are welcome to use; we can provide pans, plates, cutlery, glasses etc. There is also a small fridge and freezer available for storing food during your stay and a water cooker to make yourself some coffee or tea. Supermarkets and everything else you need; just 10/15 minutes by car.

The garden

When the weather is good (most of the year) you can sit outside in our beautiful garden; relaxing, reading, eating and enjoying life!

The flowery garden has a large variety of trees of which you can pick your own fresh fruit; oranges, lemon, lime, quince, satsuma, olive, persimmon, apple, almond and pear. There also are diverse terraces where you can relax relative private. The bottom part of the garden has several beds for vegetables and fruit, surrounds made with recycled roof tiles.
